Description
The facility located at 1903 Atlanta Avenue was dedicated March 1981. The newly expanded library was renamed the D. Bob Memorial Library in memory of the late City Manager D. B. "Bob" Henson. The photograph was taken just before the name change was approved by the City Council on 10 March 1981.
