Let's Go Dutch, LATEN WE'T OP Z'N HOLLANDS DOEN, March 9 through 21, 1982

This is a copy of the souvenir program book developed for the 1982 Nederland Heritage Festival. It focused on Dutch history, what the U.S. has in common with the Netherlands, U.S.-Netherland diplomatic relations, history of the Orange Hotel in Nederland, "did you know" items, etc.

The Nederland Heritage Festival started out as an event for the City's Diamond Jubilee, which was a 50 year celebration for Nederland. It was such a success that it was decided to make it an annual event held each spring. Each year has a different theme. Programs include pictures of the festival officers and committee members, pageant entries, schedule of events, advertisements from supporters and local businesses, and occasionally historical photographs of Nederland or from previous festivals.
