Description
This house is located at 403 N. 15th. The address written on the back is incorrect. Photograph shows a three-story wood frame home with a gazebo in front and white picket fence. The house was built by J. W. Barr between 1898 and 1900 and sold to Capt. John Kaper about 1920.
