Attendees at a reception held at the Dutch Windmill Museum. The reception was held during the Nederland Heritage Festival and followed the dedication of La Maison Acadienne. It is believed that the gentleman wearing the glasses is Dutch Consul Johan Verdonk, but the gentleman he is talking with was not identified.
