Photo appeared in the Port Arthur News, July 21, 1969, pg 9 with the caption: "DUTCH WINDMILL MUSEUM COMPLETED -- Adding of the windmill blades, each 26 feet long to Nederland's windmill replica that will house a museum and gift shop at 1532 Boston avenue, has completed the facility. Dedication ceremonies and a festval were held Friday and Saturday for the occasion. 4,000 artificial paper tulips were made by Nederland women and placed around the grounds. (Cricchio photo.)
