Two story frame home with L at back. A balcony is above the front door. On left, is a pond. A newspaper item on the Terwey/Rauwerda family reunion in the Midcounty Chronicle Review, 29 April 1979, pg. 5, had the following to say about the home. The home was built by Anna Catherine TERWEY Rauwerda and her husband Christian Rauwerda about 1927 and was originally located on 60 acres of land which they called Rosemont Addition. The house was moved from the corner location of the property to its present location at 1114 Luling St. It was remodeled in 1937 to resemble Anna's family home in Holland.
